Her Appearance

If she is suddenly spending more time and effort than usual to look her best when she leaves the house, you should note this new behavior – especially if this has become her new priority.  If you are not benefiting from this extra time and effort to look her best then you may want to ask who is? Women will try to impress their new man with strong sexual appeal; usually with a hot outfit, new style, makeup updates and/or physical appearance enhancements.  Try telling her that she doesn’t need to put in so much work or that she looks great the way she is - she may blow you off.  This obvious statement that your opinions don’t matter anymore should be disturbing to you.  Women take extreme pride in how they are viewed by their sexual partner and if your view no longer matters, then the other man’s opinion may just have well taken the front seat.

Her Eyes

Avoiding eye contact is a classic sign of deception – although not indicative of it.  A lot of liars will have trouble maintaining eye contact and it takes ‘most’ people a lot of training to overcome this. Wandering eyes and excessive blinking are just some of the significant signs that human lie detectors look for. Even if lying comes natural to her, watch her eyes, she may be actually looking at your forehead.

She Is Nervous

Twirling her hair? Fidgeting with her hands? Sweaty palms?  These are all signs of unnerving pressure; which may mean dishonesty. Watch what she does with her hands as she defends her behavior with words.  When most women are nervous, their hands just won’t keep still.  She may need to rub out the tickle on her nose or perhaps adjust an earring.

Confrontation

Address all her odd behavior in a calm and mannerly way as the behaviors present themselves. Before you finally confront her, make absolutely sure that she is cheating – this means have reasonable grounds for your accusations, supporting evidence, direct evidence (if possible), indirect support and/or anecdotal claims.  Prepare yourself to hear that she is cheating but also prepare yourself to accept that there may not be another man.  If she does have another lover, then you really need to decide what your overall intentions are. This should be done before your confrontation with her. Are you going to try to work out your relationship or end it?  Revenge is never a good option – you may end up losing more than just your relationship. Maintain self-control and handle this like a bigger man.  Violence will only do more harm to yourself and your situation.  When the emotions pass, pick up your life and move forward.
